Street Fighter: The Movie

Config Mode:

Pause the game during a fight and then press SELECT to go into config
mode

Select Akuma:

When on the fighter selection screen, select GUILE and then very quickly
hit the following buttons:

UP, R1, DOWN, L2, RIGHT, L1, LEFT, R2

If you are fast enough, then AKUMA will appear in the selection window.
