Then while playing a game, press Select to use the horn.

Now goto the user setup options and change the difficulty to 'EASY' and start the race
All Tracks on Hard:

Now goto the user setup options and change the difficulty to 'HARD' and then start the race
All tracks on Expert:

Now goto the user setup options and change the difficulty to 'EXPERT' and then start the race
