Go into the game options and hold down L1 and L2 for 10 seconds. You will need to keep
  holding the above keys while
  doing the following sequences. 

  Health -- Right, Right, Left, Down, Down, Up, (Triangle), (Circle) 

  Ammo -- Down, Right, (Circle), Left, Right, (Circle). 

  Power -- Right, Down, Right, (Triangle) 

  Lives -- Left, Down, Right, (Triangle), (Square), (X), (Circle) 

  Smart -- R1, R2, (X), (Triangle), (Square), (Circle), R1, R2, (Circle), (Circle), (Square). 

  Skip Level -- (X), R1, (Triangle), R1, (Square), (Circle), R2, R2, (X), (Square), (Triangle), (X)
