Tomb Raider 4: The Last Revelation NOTE: To get Lara facing exactly north, have her hang from a ledge that is facing north. This will make it much easier to get her lined up exactly. Level Skip: First get Lara to face exactly north. Then goto the "inventory scsreen" and make sure that the compass is transparent. If it's not transparent, Lara is not facing exactly north. Now, goto "load game" and press and hold the following keys: H+E+L+P Let go of the keys and exit the inventory screen. All Items: First get Lara to face exactly north. Then goto the "inventory scsreen" and make sure that the compass is transparent. If it's not transparent, Lara is not facing exactly north. Now, goto "small medipak" and press and hold the following keys: G+U+N+S After you release the keys you should have all items. All Weapons: First, you must enable the "all items" code(see above). Then exit the inventory screen. Now go back to the inventory screen and the "large medipak". Press and hold the following: W+E+A+P+O+N+S After you release the keys you should have all weapons.
